The Numbers

Value across the portfolio

Sortable comparison of every DVC resort. The best deal isn't always the cheapest sticker — it's the lowest cost per point per year of contract life.

Worth Knowing

How DVC pricing actually works

01
Three costs, not one
Your purchase price is only the start. Annual dues, point reallocations, and special assessments all factor into true cost.
02
Resale ≠ Direct
Resale contracts cost less but come with restrictions — newer ones can't book Riviera, Cabins, or Lakeshore Lodge.
03
Time is the metric
A $100 point with 16 years left is more expensive per night than a $180 point with 44 years. Always divide by years remaining.
